Any formal separation of a husband and wife according to the established custom is divorce. In other words it is also defined as breaking of a marriage contract between the couple.
The aftereffects which a couple has to face after taking the divorce are really very tough for them. Before filing for the divorce the couple is not aware of any of these.
It is the time which guides them all the way.
As divorce is a very lengthy process, so it requires months to get all the process done with nothing left behind. In the beginning, divorce was given only on the terms if one of the spouses or even both are indulged in some kind of adultery or abandonment. Without proving any of these, taking a divorce was completely out of the question.
Then later after some years lawyers began to realize that for taking the divorce the spouses are intentionally indulging in some culpable acts to get them rid of each other. So considering all these factors, no-fault divorce came into action.
According to the no-fault divorce, the couple can get divorce anytime they want even if they haven’t even indulged in some illegal act. Then the one who suffers the most is the child.
So anyhow if the child is capable enough to understand all this then he/she has to show their support to the separated parents which in other terms is called divorce child support.
It really gives some support to the departed couple. The other important thing which comes into picture is filing for the divorce alimony. In divorce alimony, the spouse is supposed to get the financial support from the financially more stronger spouse.
